Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at faithoverfearapparel98@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All of our items are made custom to your order so we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email faithoverfearapparel98@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to mitigate any issues and concerns.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at faithoverfearapparel98@gmail.com.
